Water is a highly-valued resource on the island, and Can Jordi has ancient rights to a regular supply from the stream which runs past the front of the house.
The water irrigates the small orchard opposite. This orchard has some mature fruit trees and with its fine views over the valley and its space for extra car parking, it has potential for further development.
To the side of the house is a beautiful, well maintained garden with many established plants, a lawned area, a barbecue and a majestic palm tree.
This is where most entertaining and eating is done, in spring, summer and much of the autumn. Once again, there are wonderful views of the mountains.
